The big news

Clients and contractors can finally trust each other with money. VeriBuild is construction and renovation escrow with an AI Judge: each project phase's payment is held in a smart contract on Avalanche testnet, the AI checks submitted evidence against the agreed contract, and funds go to suppliers and contractors only when the work is verified. No more vanished deposits or unpaid crews. Questions can be asked through U-Bot, and the whole flow is pitched as running under U-Topia, bringing fairness to one of the most dispute-heavy industries.

What it does

A milestone escrow platform for construction where an AI agent reviews evidence against contract terms before releasing funds from a Solidity escrow contract on Avalanche Fuji. Built with Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and viem on Vercel, with a mock mode for demos.
