The big news

A white cane finds the path; U-Vision tells you what's on it. These AI-powered smart glasses are designed to work alongside a cane for people with visual impairments. A front camera, microphone, two simple buttons and a bone conduction headset let users ask, 'What is this object?', 'What does this sign say?' or 'When does this expire?' and hear the answer without looking at a screen. The team has built a working software demo first, with the glasses hardware as the next step. It's independence, one question at a time.

What it does

A smart-glasses concept for blind and low-vision users; the current build is a software demo that sends images and voice questions to the Google AI Studio API and speaks answers with ElevenLabs, with motion detection. Integration into physical glasses (camera, buttons, bone conduction headset) is the next step. Built with Node.js and hosted on Vercel.
