Community leaders can answer every lead at once without losing their personal touch. U-Reach clones a U.Center ambassador for WhatsApp: when a lead messages, they get a voice note in the ambassador's own voice within about ten seconds, using their name, answering their question and sharing the referral link. It learns from the ambassador's phrases, U.Center calls and sales playbooks. The ambassador sets how much the AI handles alone, sensitive topics come back to them, and replies that promise income are never sent.

A WhatsApp voice agent for U.Center ambassadors that replies with cloned-voice notes, drafts follow-ups for approval and escalates sensitive topics. Built with Go and whatsmeow, SQLite and ffmpeg, Claude and ElevenLabs, with a React, Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind and shadcn dashboard.
