The big news

Buying, selling or renting property in Thailand gets transparent. U-Estate is an AI-guided marketplace where code computes every rule and number, while AI only reads, explains and translates. Sellers pay 1.5% and landlords half a month's rent, with discounts planned for U-Topia members, and buyers and tenants pay nothing. Listings show asking price next to official appraisals, a risk checklist and sealed, published-weight offers. Members can explore co-buying, and history fingerprints on Avalanche Fuji let anyone check what happened.

What it does

A property marketplace prototype with AI-assisted discovery, price insights, risk checklists, sealed offers and co-buying, plus ledger fingerprints on Avalanche Fuji without wallets or contracts. A U-Bot slot is reserved but not connected. Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL and viem.
