Sniffo reviews a rental listing alongside the landlord's messages and surfaces evidence-backed warning signs, inconsistencies and risky payment requests. Paste a public listing URL or enter property details, add the landlord conversation, and get findings with supporting quotes, coverage limits and suggested next steps. You can review and correct anything it extracts, and reports are session-only. It's peace of mind for anyone hunting for a new home.

What it does
A rental-scam review prototype with listing extraction, deterministic cross-source checks, payment-language warnings and optional AI review, with session-only reports. Built as a TypeScript monorepo with React 19, Vite, Tailwind, React Router and GSAP on the front end and a Node.js/Express API with shared Zod schemas.
