The big news
Homebuyers can flip the script on property finance. Property Bridge is a buyer-led marketplace prototype: instead of competing for homes and then hunting for a loan, buyers propose a property opportunity and potential funders explore it. Everyone sees the same assumptions and risks, with interactive funding calculations and junior and senior funding allocations. This hackathon version demonstrates the experience with a simulated funding flow, and a modular design ready for future verification and transactions.

What it does
A buyer-led property funding marketplace prototype with listings, buyer proposals, funding calculators and simulated junior/senior allocations, with a Base Sepolia testnet component. Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript and Node.js, Upstash Redis and Vercel.
