A family's most valuable document finally gets fraud-proof. Thai land deeds still move on paper, so they get forged, sold twice or falsely reported lost. With Phaendin, the Land Office checks the deed, keeps the original in its vault and issues exactly one NFT to the owner's wallet. Owners transfer it wallet to wallet, and receivers can verify it's real before accepting. Every handover leaves a trail. It's a strong blueprint for protecting millions of Thai land parcels from costly scams.

What it does
A land-deed registry prototype where an authority issues a single NFT per verified paper deed, enabling wallet-to-wallet transfers and authenticity checks with a full on-chain history. Built with Solidity and Foundry, plus Next.js, React, TypeScript, wagmi and viem, with deployments including Avalanche Fuji.
