MATCHBACK turns recruitment into a two-sided match: candidates and recruiters both swipe Like or Skip, and a connection happens only when interest is mutual. Candidates build profiles with skills, experience, salary expectations and preferred work style, then see skill-based compatibility scores and AI insights on any gaps. Recruiters publish roles, define required skills and browse privacy-conscious candidate cards. Job discovery becomes smarter, faster and far more human.

What it does
