Why chase endless scam numbers when you can lock the door? KnockFirst protects older adults with a whitelist: family, friends, doctors and approved contacts ring straight through. When an unknown number calls, an AI assistant answers, asks who's calling and why, and never shares personal details. The call is transcribed, summarised and risk-rated, and a family member decides with one tap to accept or block. Urgent calls like hospitals arrive as priority alerts. Brand-new scam numbers are stopped before anyone gets hurt.

What it does
A call-screening app for older adults combining a contact whitelist with an AI call assistant that transcribes, summarises and risk-scores unknown calls for family review. Built with React Native and Expo, React, Vite, Node.js, Express, Firebase, ElevenLabs, an LLM and WebRTC, on Railway and Vercel.
