Drivers stop circling and space owners start earning. Jodni is a parking marketplace concept for city residents. An owner snaps one photo of a front yard or empty lot, and AI estimates the usable area, how many spots fit and a suggested price. Drivers search near their destination, then book and pay with Wallet in one flow, confirming with a photo at check-in. Planned on U-Topia's wallet and community trust score, it's a smart idea for less congestion and more income for neighbourhoods.

What it does
An idea-stage parking marketplace that plans to use U-Bot photo analysis for spot estimation and U-Topia Wallet for payments; these integrations are not yet in the code. Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python and PostgreSQL.
