The big news
Nobody should face hard times alone. Civic Eye is a community website where people can share their concerns, find others going through the same thing and build real connections. It has two feeds: a community feed for everyday worries and an emergency feed for urgent help, like an elderly neighbour who needs a lift to hospital. Nearby volunteers can step in, and in natural disasters it becomes a place to request and offer aid. It's technology that brings neighbours closer.

What it does
A community web platform with community and emergency feeds for sharing problems and requesting local help, using location data. Built with React, TypeScript and Vite, a Python FastAPI backend, SQL with PostGIS, uv and Docker.
